Countries

We separate track record countries versus our new projects' countries.

Track record countries are The Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic,
Hungary and Italy, where our management has been involved in the
development of industrial projects mostly, executed by Coman E&C.

Eurasian Real Estate's new projects' countries are presently Russia,
Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and South Africa, with further focus
on Hungary, Poland and Ukraine.
