Operational partner of Eurasian Real Estate on project basis is Coman Contracting &
Engineering. Together, the two companies offer the full range of property
development services: designing, engineering, contracting, construction, turn-key
delivery and financing of various real estate projects.

With their head office in the Netherlands and registered offices in 8 different countries,
Coman employs over 50 people. They work in project management / project control,
designing & engineering, procurement & contracting, and construction / site management.

In addition, Eurasian Real Estate aims to establish Strategic Joint Ventures or
partnership relations with selected local organisations / companies in each country
in which we operate.

Strategic partners often are landowners, contractors or investors. In joint venture or
co-operation with such local partners, we actually develop and deliver our respective
projects. Identifying and selecting partners in new countries is one of our sustaining
growth orientations.
