The site is located next to a main proper road (three lanes) and has a strategic geographic location (central in South-Eastern Europe), close to Pan-European Corridors VII and X, well accessible by cars/trucks. In the past 2-3 years, several international companies (like U.S. Steel, Tetra Pak, Tesco, Ball Packaging, Carlsberg, Lukoil, Siemens and Alcatel) moved to the economic region Belgrade / Novi Sad.
